Do you qualify? Three quick questions.
It's a soft guide, not a decision. No personal information needed yet. If it looks close, one free call confirms it against Georgia Medicaid's rules.
In plain English
Structured Family Caregiving, explained.
It's a Georgia Medicaid program that pays family members to care, full-time, for a loved one at home, so that person doesn't have to go into a nursing facility.
Georgia doesn't pay families directly. It works through licensed providers like Take it to Paris. We enroll you, file the waivers, get you approved, and stand behind you with a dedicated health coach.
You don't navigate Medicaid alone. Clearing that maze for your family is the whole job.

If this sounds like your week, you're already doing the job.
- ✓You help them bathe, dress, or get around the house.
- ✓You cook their meals and keep up with medications.
- ✓You drive them to appointments and sit through them.
- ✓You've cut back your own work to be there.
Who qualifies
Most families are surprised they're eligible.
Here it is straight: what counts you in, and the few things that count you out.
You're likely in if…
A few of these match your situation
- ✓Your loved one is on Georgia Medicaid (CCSP or SOURCE waiver), or can qualify.
- ✓They need daily help with feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, or meds.
- ✓You're related: adult child, grandchild, sibling, niece/nephew, or in-law.
- ✓You live in the same home as the person you care for.
- ✓Caregiving is your focus, not squeezed around an outside job.

Paris Williams started Take it to Paris on faith and a decade in home care, so families who give everything to care for their people don't get nothing back.
Families tell it better than we can.
I assumed I wouldn't qualify. Six weeks later I was approved. I wish I'd called a year sooner.
The paperwork felt impossible until Paris's team just took it over. I could go back to focusing on my mom.
They never made me feel like a number. My health coach checks on my grandfather and on me.
